covid-19 Message

Dear valued customer,

As we’re all faced with the realities of the COVID-19 virus, please know that Velocity Drain Services remains 100% committed to keeping your home and business a clean and healthy place for everyone.

We deeply respect the trust you have placed in us, and you can count on us to do everything within our power to ensure the safety and health for everyone we come in contact with. Our goal as a company is to make sure all of your drains are running wide open with minimal issues.

Our office will remain open during normal business hours.

We have put policies in place to protect the health of our employees and reduce the risk of virus introduction or spread. Here are some policies put into place to ensure we are doing everything in our power to protect our customers and our field technicians.

• We will be sanitizing all of our tools, equipment, boots and anything we bring into a job site. The sanitation will happen before entering and after leaving the job site.

• Our technicians will be wearing gloves on every job.

• Any Velocity employees that have any sign of being sick will be sent home immediately.
